Sharon Kay

Sharon is an experienced Operations Director with a proven track record of project management and delivery across multiple sectors, including retail and finance. Since joining Aye at its inception in 2016, Sharon has played a key role in orchestrating the successful merger with Gensmart, resulting in the formation of Omnos.  Likewise, she played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Regenerus in 2023 and ensured a smooth transition across both businesses.

At Omnos, Sharon's leadership has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and operational excellence. Based in Edinburgh, Sharon leads the Customer Service and Logistics teams team, overseeing daily operations with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.  She is also involved in fundraising and investor relations, maintaining stakeholder engagement. 

Sharon excels in conducting thorough project success reviews, risk assessments and reporting, ensuring all initiatives align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional outcomes. Her dedication to operational excellence and innovative solutions makes her an invaluable asset to Omnos, propelling the company towards sustained success and industry leadership.
