Each test that you order on behalf of your patient will need to be reviewed by you as a practitioner before they can be released.
You can choose to download and share the pdf test results in the form of the lab report pdf, or alternatively you can make results available on the patient platform where your patient can log in and view results.

Patient notes (coming soon)
You can add notes to the test results that you can use for your own internal records or they can be shared directly with your patient via the Omnos portal.
Holistic analysis
Alongside the test markers from lab reports you have access to the Omnos advanced platform. With the power of Omnos you can consider markers from multiple tests and how they are affecting the body's overall system. This additional analysis can optionally be exposed to your patients via the patient portal, giving you both a shared view on their results.

The patient platform has been designed to give your patients access to their digital records. You can decide if you wish to take advantage of the patient platform.
Test ownership
We believe that patients should be the ultimate owners of their data. When you place an order on behalf of a patient a unique account will be created for that patient (linked to their email address).
By default this account will remain dormant unless a patient requests access via the platform. You can optionally choose to invite your patient to the platform whereby they will create and manage their own account.

Linked bank accounts & Invoices
Once you have linked your bank account we’ll be able to generate invoices due for payment within 30 days.
Commissions will be paid directly into your account on a monthly basis.

Trade Prices & Commission
As a practitioner, you'll enjoy trade prices exempt from VAT.
If you prefer your patient to pay directly for a test, they will be charged the full RRP, and you'll receive a 15% commission on the sale.

Automatic payment
With the addition of automatic payments you’ll be able to relax in the knowledge that your invoices will automatically be settled when due. All refunds will also automatically paid back to your account.
Patient pays
When using patient pay, you can choose to share or waive your 15% commission as you prefer. Your patient will receive a secure payment link to purchase the test directly.
